Encounter breaks-out in Jammu & Kashmir's Udhampur

Security forces and terrorists are engaged in a fierce gunfight in a remote forest area of Udhampur district. The encounter began during a search operation in the Jaffer forest. The operation was launched following intelligence about the movement of suspected terrorists. The exchange of fire is ongoing. No casualties have been reported yet.
