Earthquake of magnitude 4.6 strikes Afghanistan

Afghanistan was struck by a 4.6 magnitude earthquake on Wednesday morning. This follows an earlier tremor on November 21. A powerful 6.3 magnitude quake on November 4 caused significant casualties and damage, including to a historic mosque.
