ECI gears up for Assam counting

Counting for Assam assembly polls will take place on May 4 at 40 centers across 35 districts. The Election Commission of India has deployed 126 counting observers. Strong rooms are under strict CCTV surveillance and guarded by security personnel. Around 5,981 officials and 2,348 micro-observers will be engaged for the counting process.
