Tinder will pay 60.5 million dollars after claims of overcharging. Users who paid for Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold in California and were over 29 can claim money. This settlement resolves allegations that older singles paid more. Separately, Truist Bank is paying 240 million dollars for overdraft fees.
