Delhi HC judge recuses from hearing PIL seeking action against Kejriwal, AAP leaders over recording, circulation of court proceedings

A Delhi High Court judge has withdrawn from a Public Interest Litigation concerning the alleged recording of court proceedings. The PIL accuses Aam Aadmi Party leaders and others of circulating audio and video clips. These clips were reportedly shared after a recusal plea by Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case.
