Delhi HC: Centre asked to respond to Gymkhana Club eviction notice

The Delhi High Court has sought the government's response regarding a petition filed by Delhi Gymkhana Club members. The club and its staff association are challenging a show-cause notice for eviction from its Lutyens' Delhi premises. The court issued a notice to the central government and posted the matter for further hearing on July 28.
