DPIIT notifies changes in FDI norms for China, other land border sharing countries

India has taken a bold step toward enhancing its investment landscape by relaxing restrictions on foreign investments. Companies with up to ten percent Chinese shareholding can now invest seamlessly, a notable change that leaves out entities from neighboring countries, who still require prior authorization.
