Congress moves breach of privilege notice over PM Modi's address on voting against Constitution Amendment Bill

Congress MP K. C. Venugopal has moved a privilege notice against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging he cast aspersions on opposition MPs during his April 18 address by criticising their vote against the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill, 2026.
