Chinese national detained; was visiting J&K, Ladakh without permission: Officials

A Chinese tourist, Hu Congtai, has been detained in Kashmir. He entered Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir without permission, violating his visa. His phone history revealed searches for CRPF deployments and Article 370. Agencies are questioning him. He arrived in Delhi on November 19 and traveled to Leh and Srinagar. Authorities are considering his deportation.
