China further eases fuel export curbs for July

China has lifted refined fuel export restrictions for the remainder of July. A private refiner, Zhejiang Petrochemical, can now resume its fuel shipments. This follows a four-month halt in its export activities. The world's largest refiner is returning to normal operations after disruptions.
