Cafe 'owned' by TMC leader's son demolished for being built on 'encroached land'

A cafe allegedly built on encroached land belonging to the son of TMC leader Saokat Molla was demolished in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas. Authorities acted after the family failed to remove the illegal structure, Aranayer Kule, on Matla river sandbanks despite repeated notices. The district administration followed government norms after a hearing, leading to the demolition.
