CMRL bribery case: SC stays for a week probe against former Keralam CM Pinarayi Vijayan, others

The Supreme Court issued a one-week stay on the investigation involving former Keralam chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his family. This stay allows Vijayan and his family to appeal against a recent High Court order. The Kerala High Court had previously rejected their application to challenge the order directing the investigation. Allegations against them involve fraudulent payments made to Veena's company for IT consultancy services.
