Bombay HC refuses to grant interim stay on state government's Kunbi caste certificate GR

The Bombay High Court has refused to grant an interim stay on Maharashtra's decision to issue Kunbi caste certificates to Maratha community members with OBC antecedents. The court sought a response from the government, stating it was not inclined to grant interim relief at this stage. The decision follows a stir by Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange.
