Bihar government rolls out VB G-RAM-G scheme

Bihar has launched the Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) scheme, aiming to curb labor outmigration and enhance working conditions. This national initiative guarantees eligible rural households 125 days of wage employment. Bihar's Rural Development Minister highlighted the scheme's potential to further reduce the need for residents to seek work outside the state, with significant budgetary allocations from both central and state governments.
