Bail does not make Sandip Ghosh innocent, says Bengal BJP chief on RG Kar case

Samik Bhattacharya stated that Sandip Ghosh's bail does not imply his innocence regarding alleged financial irregularities. He referred to widespread protests following a controversial incident at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. The Supreme Court granted Ghosh bail after almost two years in custody, citing slow trial progress. Bhattacharya emphasized that emotions should not influence legal proceedings or public opinions.
