Arthur Freeman, convicted child murderer, rushed to hospital after being assaulted in jail

Arthur Freeman, convicted of murdering his daughter Darcey, has been assaulted in prison. The incident occurred at Western Plains Correctional Centre. Freeman was taken to hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening. He is serving a life sentence for throwing his four-year-old daughter to her death in 2009.
