Approve maternity leave for third pregnancy: HC to TN govt

The Madras High Court ruled that the government cannot discriminate in approving maternity benefits, including for third pregnancies. A division bench directed the Principal District Judge to sanction maternity leave for a third pregnancy equal to that of first and second pregnancies, setting aside a restrictive Government Order.
