Allahabad HC asks Budaun administration not to interfere with prayers offered in a private property

The Allahabad High Court has directed Budaun district administration to not interfere with prayers at a mosque on private property. The court agreed that there is no legal prohibition against religious prayer meetings in private premises. Relief was granted to a petitioner seeking to prevent authorities from obstructing peaceful namaz offerings.
