Airbnb guests no longer have to wash the dishes or strip the beds at checkout

Airbnb has announced new rules that limit hosts to reasonable checkout requests, effective November 20. Guests will no longer need to complete chores typically reserved for professional cleaners during checkout. These changes aim to create better expectations between guests and hosts regarding cleaning fees. Additionally, Airbnb requires that hosts disclose all house rules clearly in their listings before bookings.
