After shrimps, another Indian sector is braving Trump tariffs

Indian gems and jewellery exports are showing resilience against steep US tariffs. While the US market remains sluggish, demand is picking up in Hong Kong, China, and the Middle East. This diversification is helping to offset slowdowns. Similar to the seafood sector, gems and jewellery exporters are finding alternative demand centres.
