AAP-turned-BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak booked in Punjab

Punjab Police has reportedly filed two non-bailable FIRs against Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak, who recently switched from AAP to BJP. Pathak was among seven AAP Rajya Sabha MPs who resigned, alleging the party had deviated from its core principles. Their merger with the BJP has reduced AAP's strength in the Upper House.
