Goa Nightclub fire: Luthra Brothers, Birch Club owners, deported; to land in Delhi today

Luthra Brothers, who fled to Phuket hours after the incident, will be brought to Delhi upon arrival in India. They are expected to be produced before the Patiala House Court for remand proceedings.
