High Court Was Not Inclined To Interfere TGSPDCL Demand Notice Of Amount Rs 4.21 Crore To M/s Sanghi Companies

A division bench of the High Court comprising Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya and Justice Gadi Praveen Kumar rejected the contention of Sanghi Polymers Private Ltd, that it should not be held responsible for the dues of a sister concern, Sanghi Polyesters Ltd, which was undergoing liquidation.
