Reliance Infra-led Metro 1 operator gets Rs 1.1k cr debt relief, avoids insolvency

Mumbai Metro One Pvt Ltd has secured a major debt restructuring agreement. This agreement will reduce its debt burden by more than Rs 1,100 crore. Insolvency proceedings against the company are set to be withdrawn after NCLT approval. Reliance Infrastructure informed stock exchanges about the master restructuring agreement with NARCL. The agreement strengthens MMOPL's financial position and operational focus.
