A quick-thinking resident foiled a kidnapping attempt in Vikhroli's Damodar Park, apprehending a man trying to lure two young girls. Mohammad Zakaria Qamar Naeem Shamsi raised an alarm when he saw the suspect with a seven-year-old and attempting to lure another child.
