Export company director booked; cheating case filed in Mumbai

A Mumbai customs broker, Rajesh Nakhua, accuses Elite Green Private Limited and its directors of a 7.85 crore fraud. Nakhua's firm, Make India Impex, provided customs clearance and logistics for Elite Green's exports. The company allegedly withheld payments despite continued exports, diverting funds and causing significant financial losses to the broker due to unpaid dues and substandard goods.
