1 dead as portion of residential building collapses in Mumbai

A 75-year-old man tragically passed away after a section of a ground-plus-one residential building collapsed in Bhandup (West) on Saturday morning. The incident occurred at Tulshipada in Patkar Compound, where a portion of the first-floor slab gave way, leading to the fatality. The injured man was pronounced dead upon arrival at Navkar Hospital.
