Mayor rejects BMC report on Chembur tree collapse

A day after the BMC submitted its inquiry report on the Chembur tree collapse, Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde rejected the findings, calling them unacceptable. She demanded accountability from the civic body's roads and gardens departments, saying a Rs 7 lakh penalty was inadequate justice for the child who died in the incident.
