Builders directed to repay Rs 1.5 crore after selling flat to another buyer

The Maharashtra Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has directed two builders to refund Rs 1.5 crore with 10 per cent annual interest to a couple after failing to hand over a booked flat and selling it to another buyer. The commission also awarded compensation for mental agony and legal expenses
