What Karnataka high courts ruling on hiring advocates means for insurance ombudsman system

The Karnataka High Court's recent ruling in insurance disputes asserts that complainants have the right to legal representation as cases progress beyond mediation. It rejected the concern  that policyholders who need help are somehow gaming the system by seeking it.
