Switched jobs? Your EPF may not transfer automatically unless you meet these conditions

EPFO now automatically transfers EPF balances for eligible members after a job switch, removing the need to file a transfer claim in many cases. But the facility works only if specific conditions are met and missing records can still hold up the transfer.
