Bombay high court allows Gautam Navlakha to stay in Delhi with conditions until trial proceedings begin

The Bombay High Court has allowed journalist Gautam Navlakha to return to his Delhi residence until charge proceedings begin in the Elgar Parishad case. He must report weekly to Kalkaji police station and cannot leave Delhi without permission. Navlakha was granted bail in 2023 but was previously confined to Mumbai.
