Most parts of UP received normal rainfall so far: IMD

Most Uttar Pradesh districts received normal monsoon rainfall, with some experiencing excess and others deficits. Sonbhadra recorded the highest rainfall in a 24-hour period ending Saturday morning. Eastern and central Uttar Pradesh districts saw moderate to widespread rainfall, supporting continued wet conditions. The IMD forecasts rain and thundershowers across Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. Lucknow's maximum temperature settled slightly above normal on Saturday.
