13-year-old shot dead accidentally at friend's birthday party in Lucknow; family claims foul play

A 13-year-old boy was accidentally shot and killed during a birthday party in Krishna Nagar. Police have detained three minors present at the party, who were reportedly handling a revolver out of curiosity when it discharged. The victim was rushed to the hospital but declared dead.
