Indias startup cash keeps finding one address, with $4.4 billion going to Bengaluru

Bengaluru secured $4.4 billion in startup funding during the first nine months of 2026. Total startup funding in India reached $10.3 billion despite a decline in funding rounds. Mumbai and Gurugram followed in funding, but with significantly less than Bengaluru. Delhi's funding dropped significantly, while Hyderabad saw a rise in its funding totals. The concentration of startup funding remains prominent in established cities across India.
