Check your heart health at home with this cardiologist-approved simple step test

Cardiologist Dr. Puneet Verma shared a simple 3-minute step test to assess cardiovascular fitness. Participants step up and down on a 12-inch platform for three minutes, completing 72 steps. Immediately after, heart rate is measured; readings below 90-100 BPM for males/females respectively indicate a healthy heart, while higher rates suggest a need for medical consultation.
