Child rights panel files case against Jaleel over student reprimand

The former Minister allegedly rebuked a student and held his ear during a felicitation function. He says he often use humour, friendly admonition and conversation to encourage students while pointing out their shortcomings. MSF accuses Jaleel of publicly humiliating the student.
