Woman approaches Karnataka womens panel over sexual harassment, blackmail by ascetic

A woman has accused a prominent ascetic from Bagalkote district of sexual harassment and blackmail. She claims he threatened to release private videos if she did not cooperate. The Karnataka State Commission for Women has received the complaint. The Commission has instructed the police to investigate the serious allegations. A preliminary report is expected soon.
