'Kept telling him to get a job': Unemployed Bengaluru youth slits grandmother's throat over repeated taunts; arrested

A young man, aged 24, was taken into custody after allegedly murdering his grandmother, who had frequently counseled him on the importance of taking responsibility and securing a job. The tragic incident occurred around 2 AM when he reportedly used a knife to slit her throat. After the attack, he confessed his crime to his mother and was eventually apprehended by authorities in the vicinity of Bannerghatta.
