Karnataka school teacher rapes girl, takes her to private clinic for abortion; arrested

A government school teacher from Chitradurga district was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old student inside a classroom. The accused, identified as Rajanna, later reportedly forced the girl to undergo an abortion at a private nursing home. The incident came to light after students informed child welfare committee members.
