Karnataka school horror: Teachers beat special teen with belt; 4 arrested

Four individuals, including the heads of a special school in Bagalkot, were arrested following the release of a video showing a mentally challenged student being brutally assaulted. The abuse, which included beatings and chilli powder in the eyes, was secretly recorded by a former employee. Authorities have rescued the children and are investigating the unregistered institution.
