Fed up with filth and years of neglect, 2 friends spend Rs 1.4 lakh to transform Bengaluru road

Two Bengaluru friends, Padmaja Mohan and Savitri Krishnareddy, took matters into their own hands to transform a garbage-strewn road. After years of failed complaints, they invested their savings to clear waste, install benches, and commission a vibrant mural promoting menstrual hygiene and women's empowerment.
