Anthropic vs Anthropic: AI giant appears before Karnataka court in brand dispute case filed by Belagavi startup

An Indian IT startup, Anthropic Softwares Private Limited, is in a brand name dispute with US AI firm Anthropic PBC and its Indian subsidiary, Anthropic India Private Limited. The Belagavi court heard arguments from Anthropic India, which claimed to be a separate legal entity.
