Karnataka High Court permits two transgender persons to continue hormone replacement therapy

The petitioners complain that the doctors at the private hospital, where they have been undergoing treatment, have declined to continue it due to a recent amendment made to the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026.
