Half of entry-level women in blue-grey jobs plan to quit within a year
Over half of Indias blue-grey collar women workers with under a years experience plan to quit within a year, says a Udaiti FoundationQuess Corp report. Attrition falls to 3% after two years. Poor pay, unsafe travel, limited growth, inflexible hours, and lack of respect drive exits. The report calls for gender-intentional retention strategies to boost womens workforce participation.
