Indian Railways to Renew Nearly 8,000 km of Track Over Next Two Years

SRINAGAR: Indian Railways has announced plans to renew more than 7,900 kilometres of railway track over the next two years as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen infrastructure and improve operational safety. The Railway Ministry said on Sunday that over 7,500 kilometres of track renewal work is currently underway during the financial year 202526. []
