MP Rajya Sabha bypoll: Hardeep Singh Puri set to win as nominations of 2 others rejected

Hardeep Singh Puri is positioned to win the Rajya Sabha by-election due to rejected nominations. Two independent candidates had their papers dismissed, including one supported by Congress. Objections were raised regarding Puri's nomination, claiming flaws in his affidavit. However, the Returning Officer found no violations of the Representation of the People Act. Consequently, Congress leaders plan to challenge the decision in court as they decry the matter.
