'I don't want to die please': Capt. Smit Machchhar begged Israeli dentist for help after flydubai co-pilot stabbed him; dentist talked about captain's children to keep him awake

Captain Smit Machchhar survived a mid-air stabbing by his own co-pilot on a flydubai flight bound for Tel Aviv, staying alive through a 45-minute rescue effort led by Dr Shuta Musaev, a Georgian dentist who happened to be the only medical professional on board. Musaev used torn T-shirts, ice packs and constant conversation to keep the badly bleeding captain conscious until the plane made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia.
