Hi Everyone, I am planning to buy a new pc/laptop for design /game dev/ and some aaa gaming when i feel like. I was contempelating this https://www.amazon.in/FX705DT-Graphics-7-3750H-Windows-FX705DT-AU096T/dp/B07RRQB83M but this has 45% ntsc color support and that would not give me accurate colors on screen when making print designs. And in Np its around 82k but on amazon if I put it on EMI it will shoot up so I need a desktop config as well to make a final decision. I have a... Read more
Hi, I need an external webcam to use with a MacBook Pro. General constraints - 1. Preferably would have a USB-C connection, but not a deal-breaker. 2. Do wireless webcams exist? I can't get a clear model in India but would love a wireless model. 3. Budget is something around 2-3k but can stretch to 3k for a wireless model. 4. Full HD would be really nice. Thanks!
I live in Mumbai, my cable operator offers 5 Mbps only at rs 500, which I don't think is a very nice package. They say it does go to 10 Mbps but I guess after a limit, it will come to 5 Mbps. (I know the guy & his package seems to be cheap to lure people but speed is low) Any suggestions for a good ISP in Mumbai? I know there's Airtel, Hathway, Spectra & getway etc etc. Any particular parameters to look for before contacting them? Thanks I'm curently using MTNL & get around 9-10 Mbps at Rs... Re

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? Ans: I need to replace the dead motherboard of my six and a half year old PC. As a lot of things have changed, I figure I will need to replace the CPU and memory too for compatibility issues. I need the system for browsing with 20 to 30 tabs open at a time, working with documents and presentations, watching video lectures, joining interactive video sessions over Microsoft Team, editing... Does it give anything better for that price?
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? Primarily couch gaming / HTPC. Mainly some light couch ( co-op) gaming - Overcooked All You Can Eat, Stardew Valley, Cuphead, This War of Mine, Telltale games (Walking Dead). If/When I get a dedicated GPU then - Mostly single player story driven games - Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Days Gone (waiting for it), Horizon Zero Dawn, Forza Horizon 4, RDR2. Can someone tell me how much a top 240mm radiator will interfere with the motherboard? Will there be clearance issues because of mobo heatsink and/or RAM? I bought a 6900XT Strix LC (on the way, so no pics yet). I didn't pay attention and it seems none of the SFX PSUs suited to this build come with three separate PCIE cables. So I have to shelve my NR200 dual-rad plans.
Posting on behalf of my cousin. He wants a PC for school work and general usage. 1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? ( Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.' Vague answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work.) Ans: Studying, general purpose usage, browsing, watching movies/anime/tv series. low end gaming (old games and rarely) and would add GPU after ~2 years maybe (equivalent to... Read more

Hi All, I am looking to a buy a fitness band which will be synced with a Moto G5 plus Android phone. The main use will be to measure distance of runs and the battery life expected is at least a week. Please suggest what is the best buy in this budget(5-7k)? Options closer to 5k will be preferred.
The only computer I've ever owned (and am currently using) is a dell laptop from 2012. While it still works okay, I'm finding that I can't play most of the games on my current library, as well as do anything as far as video/music editing. What I'm wondering is: Is there a list of graphics cards from current highest quality to older, lower quality models? Ones that can still get the job done on some games, and are cheaper? And then maybe a current expected price for them? Like how 1080s are... Rea
I have built a few PCs now, but when choosing a motherboard I have generally gone for mid to low end. I just look for something that supports the components I want and that's it really. I have never really understood or seen the importance of getting a good motherboard. I have always thought the high end ones just include on board graphics which I dont need. Am I wrong about this, does the motherboard have a larger effect on a build than I think?

Hi, I need headphones for conferencing etc. My old headphones are broken, and I am looking for new ones. Type:- Over the year (no in ear ones as they pain a lot) They should be wired only. I do not like sound loss in wireless ones. Priority:- Comfort. Should be comfortable for continuous use for 4-5 hours. The previous ones I had were on ear ones. They were putting pressure on my ear lobes which caused pain on ear and side skull area. So these ones should be comfortable. I like a flat... 1/4/21-
