Sonakshi rents out luxury home to Kuwait Consulate for Rs 1.92 cr

Sonakshi Sinha has leased out her upscale apartment in Mumbais Bandra West to the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait for a yearly rent of Rs 1.92 crore, property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix revealed. The apartment has reportedly been rented for the residential use of Kuwaits Consul General Emad Abdul Aziz Al-Kharaz along with his family members and staff. The agreement states that the monthly rent for the property is Rs 16 lakh. The lease period begins on June 7, 2026, and will continue till June 6, 2027.
